30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging
  • Product must be in unused or gently used condition
  • All accessories must be included (USB cable, hooks, manual)
  • Return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at support@joyfish.com with your order number
  2. We'll provide return instructions within 24 hours
  3. Ship the product back to our warehouse
  4. Refund is processed within 5-7 business days after receipt

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos. We will send a free replacement — no return needed.

Refund Method
